Mystical Archive is a subset of Strixhaven: School of Mages. You will pull 1 Mystical Archive card from a Strixhaven pack ranging from common to Mythic Rare.
You can ONLY pull a foil-etched Mystical Archive card from a collector booster, making it much rarer.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE?
SO WHY ISN'T IT MORE EXPENSIVE?
They hype around foil-etched cards fell flat once collectors saw what they were getting exactly. The foil is only on certain parts of the card in thin lines that are hard to notice.
Collectors are already buying collector boxes. And since the foil-etched cards failed to appeal to the masses, it made regular foils more in-demand. The majority of people buying foil-etched Mystical Archive cards tend to be completionist.
